Soldier Field has been a Chicago sports staple since 1924 and has been the home venue of various football teams before becoming the exclusive home of the NFL's Chicago Bears. The stadium has since hosted major games across both collegiate and professional football. In addition, Soldier Field has been utilized as a site for large-scale hockey games, international soccer matches and concerts featuring best-selling musical artists. It can seat over 61,000 patrons.

Handicap Accessibility

Wheelchair accessible seating is available in a number of sections across the stadium. Guests requiring these seats are guaranteed to have unobstructed views of their event and may purchase adjacent companion seating, subject to availability. Elevators are found throughout various public areas of the stadium to provide easy access to all levels for guests with limited mobility. Parking facilities, restrooms, entrances, concession areas and water fountains are all in compliance with ADA standards.

Club/Suite Ticket Packages

Soldier Field boasts over 100 luxury suites for guests seeking a VIP experience like no other. These climate-controlled spaces offer incredible sight-lines to the field and come equipped with top-notch amenities like full refrigerator, private restroom, televisions and cushioned lounge seating. Ticket holders will also be granted reserved parking passes, in-suite food and beverage service and their own private entrance. Suites vary in size and can accommodate between 12 and 40 guests.


Guests can enjoy a wide variety of delicious bites while at their event. Concession options include game-day favorites like nachos, hot dogs and pretzels, as well as the local staple deep-dish pizza. Chicago Bears fans can stock up on official gear at the onsite Team Store, as well as portable kiosks propped up across the concourse. Most food and merchandise vendors accept major credit and debit cards, though ATMs are available throughout the stadium for guest convenience. Free Wi-Fi is also installed at Soldier Field.


Getting to the stadium is easy, with direct access being provided through various public transportation methods. The Chicago L serves Soldier Field via the Roosevelt Station, while Metra transit provides access via the Museum Campus/11th Street and 18th Street stations, in addition to bus route. For those driving in, parking is ample with six major surface lots and garages. Parking rates vary depending on the event but passes may be purchased in advance to eliminate day-of hassle. There are a number of electric vehicle charging stations located in the North Parking Garage that are free to use for guests who require the space. Those using taxis or other ride-share services will be directed to the designated drop-off/pick-up location outside the stadium. Bicycle racks are available outside the stadium for guests who prefer to pedal their way there.

Fun Fact

Soldier Field is one of only six current NFL stadiums to not have corporate naming rights. It has retained the name Soldier Field since its construction to serve as a memorial to all American soldiers.
