Kentucky has been the stomping grounds of several celebrated coaches and players over the years, including Basketball Hall of Famers Adolph Rupp, Rick Pitino and current coach John Calipari.
Kentucky has been especially impressive in the NCAA Tournament. They have won the coveted championship eight times and the only team to do so under five different head coaches. The Wildcats have made it to the Final Four of the tournament 17 times, including four of the last eight years.
