Nationwide Arena has welcomed millions through its doors since opening over 15 years ago and is the longtime home of the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets. While it is primarily known as a hockey venue, Nationwide Arena has also housed professional lacrosse and arena football teams over the years. As indicated in the above seating chart, wheelchair accessible seating is widespread throughout the arena. Guests requiring these seats are guaranteed to have unobstructed views of their event and may purchase up to three adjacent companion seating, subject to availability. There are multiple elevators onsite to provide easy access to all levels of the arena for guests with limited mobility. In addition, restrooms, parking facilities, entrance gates, and concession areas are all in compliance with ADA standards.

There is ample parking in the area surrounding Nationwide Arena, with over 15,000 parking spaces within a short walking distance. Parking rates may vary depending on the event but passes may be purchased in advance to eliminate day-of hassle. Guests using taxis or other ride-share services will be directed to the designated drop-off/pick-up location outside the arena. Bicycle racks line the perimeter of the arena for guests who prefer to pedal their way there.
