Overview

Recently opened in 2016, the Golden 1 Center is the exclusive home to the NBA's Sacramento Kings. It has quickly become one of the most popular NBA venues thanks to its focus on state-of-the-art technology. In the few short years since opening, the Golden 1 Center has hosted a slew of major sporting events aside from NBA games, including WWE, mixed martial arts, bull riding, and college basketball. In addition, the arena is a frequent site of concerts and has welcomed major musical artists like Bruno Mars, Paul McCartney, Lady Gaga and Jay-Z. It can accommodate up to 19,000 patrons.

Wheelchair accessible seating is widely available throughout all levels of Golden 1 Center. Companion seating may also be purchased depending on availability. In addition, aisle transfer seating is offered for guests with limited mobility. Elevators, escalators, entrances, restrooms and other public areas are all in compliance with ADA standards.

For guests who wish to enjoy their event in high-class style, Golden 1 Center offers a number of premium seating packages. Luxury suites not only offer incredible sight-lines of every event, but include top-notch amenities as well. Ticket holders will be granted attentive concierge service, reserved parking spots, private entrance, and access to restricted, VIP-only lounges and areas. These deluxe spaces can accommodate as many as 32 guests and come equipped with bar seating, a fully-stocked kitchen area, and 65-inch televisions.

Amenities

There's a wide variety of food and beverage options available for purchase at all Golden 1 Center events. Guests can snack on traditional arena fare like pizza, hot dogs and ice cream, as well as Mexican, Greek and German cuisine. Sacramento Kings fans can stock up on official team gear at the onsite Team Store, though portable merchandise stands are often abundant at most games and other events. ATMs and free Wi-Fi are available throughout the arena for guest convenience.

Parking/Transportation

Getting to the arena is easy. Guests can access the Golden 1 Center via the Sacramento Regional Transit by getting off at the St. Rose of Lima Park Station. There are over 13,000 parking spaces on the grounds of the arena and in the nearby area. Parking fees may vary depending on the event, but may be purchased in advance to eliminate day-of hassle.
