For nearly 20 years, this mutli-purpose arena has been a sports and entertainment hot spot. Webster Bank Arena is one of the largest arenas in Southern Connecticut with a total seating capacity of 10,000 and hosts dozens of events annually. It home to several sports teams, namely the AHL’s Bridgeport Sound Tigers and two NCAA basketball teams: the Fairfield Stags and Sacred Heart Pioneers. In addition, the UConn basketball and hockey programs play occasional games at the arena.
