Overview

For over 20 years, PNC Arena has drawn in millions of guests as the premier multi-purpose arena of the greater Raleigh region. It is primarily known as a sports venue, as the arena serves as the exclusive home of the NHL's Carolina Hurricanes and NCAA's North Carolina State Wolfpack basketball program. However, a number of best-selling musical artists have performed major concerts here as well, including Bruce Springsteen, Ed Sheeran, Lady Gaga, Garth Brooks and Taylor Swift. PNC Arena can accommodate just under 20,000 patrons.

Handicap Accessibility

As indicated in the above seating chart, wheelchair accessible seating is available on all levels of the arena. Guests requiring these seats are guaranteed unobstructed views of their event and may purchase adjacent companion seating, subject to availability. There are elevators throughout the arena to provide easy access to all levels for guests with limited mobility. In addition, restrooms, parking facilities, entrance gates, concession areas and drinking fountains are all in compliance with ADA standards.

Club/Suite Ticket Packages

Guests seeking a VIP experience like no other can take advantage of the dozens of luxury suites at PNC Arena. These incredible spaces offer some of the best sight-lines of the arena floor and come equipped with deluxe amenities like flat-screen televisions, wet bar, refrigerator, and cushioned seating. Ticket holders will also be granted VIP parking passes, in-suite catering service and access to exclusive lounge areas.  Suites vary in size and can accommodate anywhere between 10 and 44 guests.

Amenities

PNC Arena boasts dozens of concession areas serving up delicious bites at every event. Food items range from fan-favorites like pizza, hot dogs and popcorn to specialty local barbecue, German and Mexican cuisine. Guests can also enjoy a sit-down meal prior to their event at the Arena Club Restaurant, which serves an array choices in a buffet setting. Carolina Hurricanes fan can pick up official gear and souvenirs at The Eye, the team's onsite store. Most food and merchandise vendors accept major credit cards but ATMs are available for guest convenience.

Parking/Transportation

There is ample parking on the grounds of PNC Arena, with thousands of spaces to accommodate handicapped, bus/RV and general parking. Rates will vary depending on the event, but parking passes can be purchased in advance to eliminate day-of hassle. Tailgating is permitted within the parking facilities so long as guests abide by strictly enforced safety regulations. Guests using taxis or other ride-share services will be directed to the designated drop-off/pick-up location outside the arena.
