Overview
Madison Marlow and Taylor Dye began as friends with strong interests in music before teaming up to become better known as duo Maddie and Tae. They were signed to a record label as teenagers and quickly struck gold with the release of their self-titled debut EP. The effort featured four songs the pair had co-written, including the single "Girl in a Country Song," which went on to become their first-ever No. 1 hit.
Maddie and Tae's first full-length album Start Here helped propel the duo further onto the country music map, and they soon picked up wins at the CMA Awards and ASCAP Country Music Awards. They have embarked on their own headlining tours as well as joined fellow country stars like Dierks Bentley, Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood on the road.
Greatest Hits
Maddie and Tae have seen chart success with singles "Fly," "Sierra," "Shut Up and Fish" and "Friends Don't." However, their biggest song to date remains their debut single "Girl in a Country Song," which achieved Platinum sales certification.
