Overview

Formed in 1973, Heart quickly became one of the most influential bands of the 20th century known for their hard rock and even heavy metal stylings, pioneered by lead vocalists and sisters Ann and Nancy Wilson. The band earned success shortly after the release of their debut album Dreamboat Annie, thanks to hit singles “Crazy On You” and “Magic Man.” From there, they went on to dominate rock music throughout the remainder of the 1970s and 80s, with hits like "Barracuda," "Alone," "Who Will You Run To," and "Tell It Like It Is." Over the years, Heart has sold millions of records, put out 16 albums and left a lasting legacy within music history. Among their several accomplishments and accolades are a recent induction into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
