The Queen of Christmas is back for another festive tour. Mariah Carey announced she’s continuing her beloved holiday concert series this winter, revealing dates for the 2019 edition of her All I Want For Christmas Is You Tour.
Carey will commence the annual trek on November 22 with a five-night residency in Las Vegas. She’ll then head to the East Coast for the remainder of the engagement. Carey will perform in Atlantic City, Oxon Hill, Uncasville and Boston before wrapping with a headlining gig at Madison Square Garden. A total of 10 shows are scheduled across six cities.
The upcoming tour will be extra joyous for the Grammy winner, as 2019 marks the 25th anniversary of her holiday album Merry Christmas. The record not only spawned the smash hit the tour gets its name from, but continues to make its way onto music charts each year. It stands alone as the best-selling holiday album of all time with more than 15 million copies sold worldwide.
Carey now joins the likes of Trans-Siberian Orchestra, Lindsey Stirling, and Pentatonix, who have also plotted major holiday tours. At the conclusion of the seasonal tour, she will take time off before returning to Las Vegas in February for another stretch of her The Butterfly Returns residency at Caesars Palace.
