Between the utter dominance of the NFL – thanks to Super Bowl LII and the Kansas City Chiefs – and Major League Baseball’s steady presence in top markets, sports tickets remained hot this year. The 2019 Super Bowl and AFC Championship game were the two best-sellers across all events, though the Rolling Stones held their own with some of the year’s biggest concerts.

On Broadway, Hamilton sits tight on its throne as the undisputed top-selling show for another year. The Tony-winning juggernaut did however face stiff competition from a handful of new shows. Mainly, Aaron Sorkin’s To Kill A Mockingbird, Temptations bio musical Ain’t Too Proud and the sinfully delightful Best Musical winner Hadestown.

In other entertainment, Jeff Dunham and Jerry Seinfeld were customers’ favorite funnymen. Monster Jam, JoJo Siwa, Disney on Ice and Paw Patrol drew the most traffic of any children’s and family-aimed event.
