Super Bowl LVIII Set- Ticket Prices for Chiefs vs. 49ers

With victories in Sunday’s NFC and AFC Championship contests, the San Francisco 49ers and Kansas City Chiefs punched their tickets to Super Bowl LVIII, scheduled for February 11 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. Naturally, tickets to the biggest sporting event (and arguably the biggest event of any type) of the year are always a red-hot commodity for fans. So how much is a ticket to the big game going to run you?

Quite a lot, it appears.

Ticket prices for Super Bowl LVIII at Allegiant Stadium are trending at a price range that is well above prior year average figures, though the market can always fluctuate. As of Monday morning (January 29), the least expensive ticket available at Ticket Club will cost $8,503, with a median ticket price coming in at just under $12,000. For comparison’s sake, that is more than double where the ticket prices trended for Super Bowl LVII a year ago. It is also close to 15% higher than where the market for Super Bowl tickets were a year ago immediately following the conference championship round ($7,416 get-in compared to $8503).

This has been the trend across the board for consumers shopping for tickets to many of the highest profile events over the span of several years, which is why a Ticket Club membership brings such value for once-in-a-lifetime events like Super Bowl LVIII. No surprise service fees at checkout means that you can save THOUSANDS of dollars at Ticket Club.

How Much are Super Bowl Ticket Service Fees

At many marketplaces, the ticket price you see at first doesn’t include service or delivery fees that often exceed 30% of the displayed price of the tickets. That means that a $10,000 ticket actually becomes significantly more expensive – like an “oops, make an extra mortgage payment this month and call it a service fee” kind of a level. (For example -at one “mainstream” brand-name marketplace, tickets that are shown as $10,002 each jump to $12,572 each after fees are factored in.

At Ticket Club, or members pay zero service fees. So for an event like Super Bowl LVIII, that $49.95 membership fee has a pretty significant return on investment immediately!
