Miranda Lambert Announces Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour

Miranda Lambert has revealed the dates and all-star supporting cast for her upcoming Roadside Bars & Pink Guitars Tour. The country star is hitting the road later this year on the 26-date follow-up to last year’s Livin’ Like Hippies Tour.

Lambert has recruited an all-female roster of opening acts to join her this fall. Her supergroup Pistol Annies will open each of the 26 shows. In addition, Maren Morris, Elle King, Ashley McBryde, Tenille Townes and Caylee Hammack will rotate gigs as supporting acts.

The tour kicks off September 13 with a two-night stint in Uncasville, Connecticut and extends two months before wrapping November 23 in Greensboro, North Carolina. Along the way, Lambert and company will stop in Baltimore, New Orleans, Milwaukee, Orlando and Grand Rapids, among other cities.

Lambert threw fans into a tailspin before revealing the tour news when she shared a cryptic “Coming Soon” video on her social media accounts. While many came to the conclusion that new music or tour dates were on the way, others speculated that the singer could be expecting her first child with husband Brendan McLoughlin following the pair’s secret wedding earlier this year.

Although no new music has been confirmed yet, the tour’s September start date leaves plenty of time for a surprise album release. Lambert’s last studio recording was 2016’s The Weight of These Wings,¬†which became her sixth country chart-topper.

In the meantime, she can be seen performing at the 2019 ACM Awards, where she is up for the Female Vocalist and Music Event at the Year awards.
