Masterful rock duo Hall and Oates are heading out on an extensive tour across North America, which will make up most of their 2020 performance schedule.
Their stacked itinerary begins late February and features sporadic shows through March. The pop-rockers will kick the tour into high gear come May and remain on the road throughout the summer months. A total of 40 dates make up the schedule, including stops in Detroit, New York, Milwaukee, Tampa and even a pair of gigs in Hawaii. Joining the trek in support are Squeeze and KT Tunstall.
Although their summer outing is not pegged as an anniversary tour, 2020 marks 50 years since the duo first joined forces. Hall and Oates’ multi-decade success has resulted in 18 albums and spots in both the Songwriters and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Each performance showcases the pair’s biggest hits, including “Rich Girl,” “You Make My Dreams” and “Maneater.”
Hall and Oates last released original music in 2006. However, they continue to be consistent performers. Their last major tour came in 2018 when they teamed up with Train for a co-headlining trek.
