Queen and Adam Lambert have announced a 10-date limited engagement at the Park Theater in Las Vegas. The run begins on September 1, with performances through the 22, including a show on September 8, which was declared “Queen Day” in the city by Mayor Oscar Goodman in 2004.
Tickets will reportedly range in price from $79 to $350, with VIP and on-stage seats available at what can only assume are very premium prices. Members of both the Queen and Adam Lambert’s fan clubs will have a presale opportunity to purchase tickets beginning today at 10 AM Pacific. There will be an additional Live nation and Ticketmaster presale on Wednesday. Tickets will be on sale for the general public at 10 a.m. Pacific on Friday, May 11.
Lambert first shared the stage with the legendary rock band in 2009 on the finale of American Idol, where the singer finished second. Since then, he has performed with the band in over 150 shows throughout the world. This new engagement, called “The Crown Jewels” will be the first time the group has performed in one place over such a stretch, according to Variety.
