Jonas Brothers fans have waited a decade to hear this news: the sibling trio is going on tour. After dropping select teaser dates, the band released the full itinerary for their 2019 Happiness Begins Tour.
The trek kicks off August 7 in Miami and will wrap December 14 in Los Angeles at The Forum. Over major 50 cities comprise the schedule, including Pittsburgh, Detroit, Atlanta, Houston, Phoenix and Sacramento. The reunited trio will hit all corners of North America, including multiple dates in Mexico and Canada. They’ll also pull double-duty in select cities, visiting Orlando, Los Angeles, Boston, Toronto, Phoenix and Dallas twice. Special guests Bebe Rexha and Jordan McGraw will appear at all shows in support.
The tour comes in support of the Jonas Brothers’ forthcoming album Happiness Begins, due out June 7. It marks their fifth studio effort and first release since 2009. They went on hiatus in 2013 but announced their official comeback in February with the surprise release of lead single “Sucker,” which instantly shot to the top of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The sibling trio dropped current single “Cool” last month as they prepare for their album release.
Throughout their six-year hiatus, brothers Kevin, 31, Joe, 29, and Nick, 26, have remained in the spotlight. Kevin Jonas landed his own E! reality show Married to Jonas and appeared on The Celebrity Apprentice, while Joe and Nick continued their music careers – the former founding pop outfit DNCE while the latter enjoyed solo success.
Their personal lives have also been the subject of much talk in the past year, as Nick Jonas married Priyanka Chopra in a lavish Indian ceremony last December, while his big brother Joe tied the knot with Game of Thrones actress Sophie Turner in Las Vegas following the trio’s performance at the Billboard Music Awards earlier this month.
